Unexpected challenges in comfort

Woke up to a sunny view, and the bed felt cozy after a long drive. The staff tried their best, accommodating during breakfast rush.

Check-in was a nightmare. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, and our room had a lingering musty smell that could not be ignored.

Units for 4 with 2 towels.

Very impressed with a double room for 2 ground level. Favourable and magnificent setting, just next door to shoppes, restaurants, recreational facilities, and local county fair, and eatery. Also, to everything I came alone.

The room had an unusual smell and was not as clean as expected, which made our short stay less comfortable. The breakfast area was clean but lacked options that I could eat.

The bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing!

My CC was authorized multiple times and no one could give me a reason why. But eventually it rolled off but it did inconvenience me.

Rooms were very clean all except handicap accessible. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were not handicap accessible or friendly after requesting for a handicapped room. Breakfast was awesome with sausage, fresh cook waffles, fresh fruit, omelets, etc. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but my mother was wheelchair bound which made it a little difficult for her to move around in the room. The staff was very helpful to make her stay as comfort as possible. I will stay again and again because the service was wonderful.

The room was comfy and surprisingly clean-definite plus for a quick getaway. The area was quite convenient, right next to a gas station, always fab!

But the staff? I thought I was auditioning for a sitcom with their dramatic flair for rudeness! Couldn't get a roll of toilet paper without a scavenger hunt.

They were friendly, and profesionals .We really enjoyed it.

From skeptic to superfan

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and stores nearby.

Unfortunately, the room had lingering odors and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I also encountered issues with the air conditioning unit.

We booked 2 queen beds and got a king bed and a pull out couch. Staff made no effort to fix the situation. Hotel was over booked and our room was right next to the ice machine. Sleep was very limited.

Booked a room even with air. Booked it for US$ 70.

Recommend for a city escape

Comfortable beds, updated amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool to relax by after exploring the city, made my stay enjoyable.

The check-in process was smooth, always a plus after a long journey. Location-wise, there are a couple of fast-food joints nearby for a quick bite.

The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Stained sheets and towels are definitely a red flag, accompanied by a bathroom that had mold and peeling wallpaper. Bugs seem to roam freely, intolerable for someone like me who values hygiene. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. The broken shower handle added to the chaos.
